A one-day competency assessment for Food and Beverage Services NC II. Candidates demonstrate preparing the dining area, welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing room service, followed by the oral questioning portion. Successful candidates receive the TESDA National Certificate (NC II) required by hotels, restaurants, cruise ships and overseas employers.

Requirements
- Certificate of Training (F&B Services NC II) or proof of relevant work experience
